Free Sound Bath: CBSOM Community Connections
Program Description
Free Sound Bath: CBSOM Community Connections
Settle in, get cozy, and let waves of pure tone wash through you. This immersive sound bath blends the deep, oceanic resonance of metal gongs with the shimmering overtones of singing bowls to gently guide your nervous system from busy to calm. As you rest in a comfortable, supported position, layered vibrations invite your breath to slow, your mind to soften, and your body to release held tension. No experience is needed—just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.

What to expect
- Gentle welcome, intention setting, and breath
- 50–60 minutes of live gong and bowl soundscape
- Quiet integration and closing
Good to know
- Wear comfy layers; bring a mat, blanket, and eye pillow if you like
