Breathe into your HeartAgain
Program Description
Breathe into your HeartAgain
Our breath gives us a new relationship with our state of mind and our body’s chemistry. Working with our breath can be a transformational practice that reduces stress and anxiety, helps overcome trauma, regulates our nervous system and provides an overall sense of well-being and relaxation.
Kevin will fully describe what you might expect before starting the practice. It is important that you are fully aware of what the class will look like and that you know you are in full control of your experience. You will get out of the practice what you are willing to put into it.
Kevin teaches circular breathwork, or conscious, connected breathing, which involves breathing through the mouth in a circular pattern for about 30 minutes, accompanied by a curated playlist for inspiration.
After the active breathwork, you will have time and space to integrate your experience with the healing medicine of Sound. With singing bowls attuned to each of the chakras and the extraordinary Universal sound of the Gong, you will be invited to bask in the Presence of YOU.
Change your Breath, Change your Emotions, Change your Life.
This event is hosted at Thrive Yoga CB and sponsored by CB State of Mind.
