Brain Body Yoga

September 27

 from

3:00 pm

 to

5:00 pm MT

Discover how neuroscience, mindfulness, and yoga work together to reshape the brain, reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen resilience through the power of neuroplasticity. Through education, movement, and experiential exercises, you’ll gain practical tools for lasting well-being.

This class introduces the four levels of neuroplastic healing, integrating brain science, kinesiology, and experiential learning. Drawing on the work of pioneers such as Moshe Feldenkrais, along with researchers and clinicians including Norman Doidge and David R. Hawkins, we will explore how intention, awareness, and using the brain’s natural gifts can help rewire neural pathways to support greater health and adaptability.

This class combines education with gentle movement practices to help you deepen awareness of your body and develop a more connected, responsive relationship with it. Participants will learn how to support nervous system regulation—especially the parasympathetic nervous system—to enhance function, reduce stress, and decrease pain.
