As the evening unfolds, Annie will guide a deeply restorative practice designed to help you soften, receive, and integrate the gifts of the season. Through supported postures, stillness, and rest, you’ll be invited to settle into a profound sense of ease and renewal.

Instructor

Annie Tunkey

Annie discovered a love of yoga in her twenties after taking an Iyengar workshop in Crested Butte. The connection of body and breath in yoga led to a 200RYT certification in Prana Vinyasa and then continuing education in Restorative Yoga. Annie desires for each class to cultivate space for students to deepen the connection to themselves through their yoga practice.

Monica Mesa Dasi

Monica Mesa Dasi is a Tantra love and intimacy coach, devoted Bhakti yogini, and longtime teacher of yoga and the sacred arts. For over four decades, yoga has been her path, and for more than 30 years she guided the Crested Butte community as a dedicated teacher, studio founder, and heart-centered presence in the valley.

Rooted in the power of practice and the devotional path of coming home to the body, Monica’s work weaves yoga, breath, mantra, meditation, and living Tantra into a grounded, heart-led experience. Her signature offering, Tantra Yoga Sadhana, is a living transmission that integrates body, heart, and spirit—inviting students into embodied self-love, awakened sensuality, conscious relationship, and love as a spiritual path.

Now based in Costa Rica—though Crested Butte will always feel like home—Monica continues to guide women, men, and couples into deeper intimacy with themselves and with life. Everything she shares flows from lived devotion, including the immeasurable love and loss of her son Cheyne, one of her greatest teachers. That passage has deepened her compassion, her presence, and her unwavering commitment to love as a healing force.

Her invitation is simple: let your practice become your path. Return to your radiance. Live as who you truly are—rooted in self-love, awake in your body, and devoted to embodying love as a transformative force in the world.
