DESCRIPTION:Mountain Roots is kicking off their Holiday Feed a Family Initiative\, aiming to distribute 200 boxes of healthy\, locally sourced ingredients—each providing an entire holiday meal for families in need during both Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. \nJoin Thrive Yoga CB for a donation-based class to support this initiative! Kait will lead her signature Reiki & Restore class\, accessible to all! \nRestorative Yoga is a very relaxed practice which utilizes props to support\, open and create ease in the body. A totally rejuvenating practice comprised of seated postures and supported inversions\, which are held for longer periods of time to allow for deep relaxation in the postures. \nThroughout the class\, Kait will ask\, with each pose\, if you would like hands on with Reiki; think soft\, gentle\, supported\, nurturing and peaceful aid for allowing a deeper inner experience in class. \nAll proceeds will benefit Mountain Roots Holiday Feed a Family Initiative
