Join us for an immersive evening of deep relaxation and renewal. Kevin will gently guide you into stillness with autogenic relaxation—a simple yet powerful practice that taps into the mind’s ability to ease and unwind the body.
From this centered space, you’ll be invited to journey inward, discovering the quiet between the thoughts, the spaciousness between the sounds. Let the resonant tones of the gong and singing bowls wash over you, creating waves of vibration that soothe, restore, and awaken.

After owning the Last Steep Bar & Grill for 21 of those years, he has transitioned into the wellness industry as an orthobionomy practitioner and transformational breathwork facilitator. He currently promotes wellbeing as owner of the Gunnison 24/7 Gym. Kevin appreciates sharing his gifts through various offerings, including sound healing experiences at Thrive Yoga.
