SUMMARY:Self-Hypnosis for Success and Abundance
DESCRIPTION:During this workshop\, participants will learn about hypnosis\, the subconscious mind\, the steps of self-hypnosis\, and how to do self-hypnosis and an autosuggestion technique. Participants will positively shift their mentality\, clearing blocks to success. In addition\, participants will be empowered with a new skill of self-hypnosis\, so they are able to work with the power of their own minds. This workshop will include some lecture\, discussion with Q&A\, demonstration and experience. \nLearning Objectives \n\nParticipants will understand hypnosis\, and how the subconscious mind influences the Autonomic Nervous System\nParticipants will learn the steps of self-hypnosis\nParticipants will practice self-hypnosis and autosuggestion\nMeasuring Outcomes\n\nParticipants will be able to experience self-hypnosis and demonstrate their new skills to themselves.
