It is important that you are fully aware of what the class will look like and that you know you are in full control of your experience. You will get out of the practice what you are willing to put into it. \nKevin teaches circular breathwork\, or conscious\, connected breathing\, which involves breathing through the mouth in a circular pattern for about 30 minutes\, accompanied by a curated playlist for inspiration. \nAfter the active breathwork\, you will have time and space to integrate your experience with the healing medicine of Sound.
