DESCRIPTION:Join Lilavati on Thanksgiving morning to support CB State of Mind and their amazing contributions to our community! \nWe will move slowly and mindfully and give thanks to our bodies and breath as we join together in practice. \nSlow Flow is a mindful\, slower paced yoga class that is meditative and emphasizes peace and calmness of body and mind. Poses are held for a longer period of time to teach principles of proper physical and energetic alignment. This means that you can plan on taking several rounds of breath in each pose\, instead of moving to each breath. \nThis class is approachable for both beginners and more experienced students. It is a great place to start if you are new to flow-style yoga or anyone wanting a methodically paced class that still emphasizes the connection between breath and movement.
