Kids Yoga

Give your kids a moment of breath, self-love and centering. We love connecting with our younger yogis! They will explore their breath, postures and the philosophies of yoga though super creative activities, sequences and meditations! Kids yoga classes can weave together fun poses, music, games, stories, and other sensory-integrated activities to promote flexibility, strength, balance, collaboration, mindfulness and wellness both on and off the yoga mat.
