Amy Schweim is a certified yoga instructor, Conscious Breathwork Practitioner, facilitator, artist, and founder of Tierra Azul Designs. She trained in Conscious Breathwork with Gwen Payne of Inspired Sedona and spent three years working full-time alongside Gwen through Sedona Soul Adventures, facilitating transformational experiences for individuals and groups. Amy also leads iwell as Internationally in the magik of Southern Mexico's gem of Oaxaca. Through Tierra Azul Designs, Amy now weaves together breath, creativity, movement, horses, story, and immersive experiences to create spaces for reconnection, transition, and aliveness. Come breathe.
