As a teacher, Caith focuses on therapeutic yoga, blending restorative, Iyengar, and Hatha styles to help students find balance and ease in their bodies. She creates a gentle, healing space where students can slow down, connect, and work through imbalances, whether it’s through mindful alignment or calming poses.
