Courtney has been practicing and teaching Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years. She first discovered these practices while dealing with stress and searching for balance in her life. Mindfulness Meditation and Philosophy became powerful tools for managing stress, and she integrates them into her daily life and teachings. Courtney’s yoga training includes Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin, with over 700 hours of study in both India and Colorado. She has worked with her teacher Diana, founder of Encinitas Mindfulness Community for 15 years, and completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher Certification at UCSD’s Center for Mindfulness. Additionally, she is a certified breathwork instructor, having completed Level 1 and 2 certifications with Nordic Flow, specializing in breath training and cold therapy. These combined experiences have led her to create The Mindful Way, a holistic approach that integrates breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness meditation to help students navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and awareness.
