Dina has been teaching yoga since 2001 and, in over two decades, has experienced her yoga practice and teaching style evolve and serve different populations. Always consistent in her teaching style is her ability to guide students slowly and thoughtfully through the process of releasing physical tension and emotional holding that has been held hostage in their bodies. She emphasizes self-nurturing, ease and grace along with flexibility, balance and strength.
Most recently she has devoted her teaching enthusiasm to the “Stiff Men Stretch” class at Thrive, creating a safe and fun environment for this population to experience the benefits of yoga. She is also extremely passionate about her mission to teach Yoga to First Responders, starting right here in her hometown of Crested Butte.
