Sav (short for Savannah) is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2018, and began a consistent personal practice in 2016. She has experience teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, as well as private sessions. Her classes provide poses that range from gentle to challenging, but are done with a stable, self-centering energy. Sav believes yoga and her personal practice to be a living entity, and loves to guide her students to cultivate and explore their relationship with yoga, on and off the mat.
