Therapeutic Yoga Workshop
Program Description
Therapeutic Yoga Workshop
We will have two hours during which we move at the pace of the nervous system, supporting the structural body to release excess holding in the joints and the organs.
Therapeutic yoga is deeply nourishing for all systems of the body—circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine, and importantly the nervous system, bringing about more openness to the body and mind.
This workshop is perfect for athletes and others who rarely take time to slow down. We invite you to take this opportunity to support your parasympathetic nervous system and gain true restfulness!
