This series of long-held, passive stretches targets the deep connective tissues in the hips. We will move the femurs in the hip sockets through all six primary directions of movement to cultivate an experience of freedom; this also provides a subtle but powerful release of tension throughout the hip anatomy. Designed to improve flexibility, release tightness, and relieve hip and lower back pain.
Correlating to the hips, we will finish this series with a custom 30-minute yoga nidra meditation to balance the Sacral Chakra, designed to cultivate creativity, pleasure, and joy.
