As summer begins its slow transition toward fall, the New Moon offers us an opportunity to pause, turn inward, and listen.

Breathe Into the New is an intimate two-hour Conscious Breathwork experience designed to create space away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect you with your breath, body, and inner wisdom.

Conscious Breathwork uses an intentional, connected breathing pattern accompanied by music and guided facilitation. Rather than trying to think our way toward an answer, the practice invites us into an experiential journey—one that can support deeper self-awareness, emotional exploration, presence, and connection with ourselves.

We will begin the evening by arriving together, grounding into the body, and setting a personal intention for the New Moon and the season ahead.

From there, Amy will guide you through an extended Conscious Breathwork journey supported by music, followed by spacious time for rest, reflection, and integration.

This offering embodies the heart of Tierra Azul Designs: creating experiences that invite us to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and listen more deeply to what is asking to come alive within us.

You don’t need previous breathwork experience.
You don’t need to arrive with an answer.
