Spend an afternoon enjoying a 75 minute Kaiut practice followed by a 45 minute savasana with optional acupuncture. This practice will incorporate both familiar and new poses. We will experiment with some longer hold times to move deeper into the nervous system.

Guy Ciulla, L. Ac. has been teaching yoga since 2003. He is a passionate acupuncturist, herbalist, and also received his Level 3 Reiki Attunement.
He has practiced and taught almost every style of yoga but he found Kaiut in 2013. He now teaches Kaiut exclusively and studies directly under the founder; Francisco Kaiut.
Kaiut Yoga is accessible to all ages and skills levels.
