Jen is a Certified Iyengar yoga instructor. She has been a student of Iyengar yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching regularly since 1999. She is passionate about the subject of yoga and enjoys the process of self study through the yoga asanas. Jen’s main inspiration is drawn from Senior Iyengar teacher Nancy Stechert of Hotchkiss, CO.
