Program Description
LYT Method Workshop Series: Axial and Thoracic Extension: A Better Backbend
Ever feel pain or crankiness after a back bending pose? It’s likely that you are
compressing your vertebrae and they feel jammed up. In this workshop we will learn all
about the structure of a healthy back bend, from our hips, up our spine, to our
shoulders.
We won’t be collapsing and sagging, instead we will be engaging our core muscles like crazy to create support and space.
