LYT Method Workshop Series: The Hips, Pelvis and Low Back Connection
Program Description
LYT Method Workshop Series: The Hips, Pelvis and Low Back Connection
We all have our own ways of moving and standing that include some compensations. A very common one is moving in the low back in lieu of moving in the hips. This pattern can create symptoms of discomfort anywhere in the body (from our feet to our neck)!
In this workshop, learn how these three body parts affect one another. Through self-study and this understanding, you can then choose to create change and improve your movement patterns.
A great workshop for those who frequently feel aches and pains and also athletes who want to create better body awareness.
