Thanksgiving Slow Flow Benefit Class to support CB State of Mind
Join Lilavati on Thanksgiving morning to support CB State of Mind and their amazing contributions to our community!
We will move slowly and mindfully and give thanks to our bodies and breath as we join together in practice.
Slow Flow is a mindful, slower paced yoga class that is meditative and emphasizes peace and calmness of body and mind. Poses are held for a longer period of time to teach principles of proper physical and energetic alignment. This means that you can plan on taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
This class is approachable for both beginners and more experienced students. It is a great place to start if you are new to flow-style yoga or anyone wanting a methodically paced class that still emphasizes the connection between breath and movement.

Lilavati started practicing yoga in 2006, and quickly realized that becoming a yoga instructor was her path! She graduated from a 200-hour residential training in Integral Yoga Hatha at Satchidananda Ashram – Yogaville in the fall of 2007. After which she decided to continue living at the ashram, to deepen her practice. That one-month training turned into a her home for the next twelve years, not only practicing and teaching yoga on the mat, but living yoga. After completing her 500-hour training at Yogaville, she has since continued her studies to be certified in Yin Yoga and Accessible Yoga. Lilavati became the owner of Thrive Yoga Crested Butte in November of 2022.
