We will have two hours during which we move at the pace of the nervous system, supporting the structural body to release excess holding in the joints and the organs.
We are so excited to announce a free community event sponsored by Thrive! Join us at The (amazing) Majestic Theatre on Saturday, November 15th for a viewing of The Matrix!
