As winter settles over the valley, our bodies naturally crave warmth, grounding, and steadiness. This month’s therapeutic Kaiut session is designed to support you through the colder season with gentle joint mobility, nervous-system calming, and deep restorative stillness.
Therapeutic Yoga uses a methodic application of sequences to unwind fascial patterns of holding and pain in the body. Much of the work is floor-based and passive, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy! This therapeutic style of yoga resets the nervous system, opens the joints, and releases patterns of restriction in the body.
Join Andrea Ouimet of Alpine Sound Therapy in an immersive experience with the powerful healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound instruments. A sound bath is a full immersion meditative experience using sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic processes to benefit your mind and body.
This Yin yoga immersion class focuses on long held passive stretches that target the deep connective tissues to release tension, improve mobility, and soothe joints in the shoulder girdle, arms, and wrists. Designed to create freedom in the back and front of both shoulders, open the heart, and improve circulation along the arms into the wrists and fingers.
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is a transformational journey that combines breath, movement, music and meditation. Breathwork releases tension, moves stuck energy, and unwinds what the “monkey mind” struggles to let go of. Elemental Breathwork can create more ease and peace in the mind and body, as well as re-regulate the nervous system leaving you feeling grounded, expansive, and nourished.

Life gets full and our bodies feel it. This month’s Kaiut workshop is all about softening tension, opening space in the joints, and reconnecting with a sense of ease. No flexibility, no experience, and no “perfect poses” required.
Join Kait Lewis of Sa Ha Ho Reiki for a 30 minute one on one Reiki session to support your well-being. This energy healing is known to reduce stress, anxiety and pain, as well as improve sleep.
