In this class celebrating the autumnal equinox we will focus on the timely themes of transformation and release. The Kundalini practice integrates our eternal, infinite selves with our bodily, material selves. We will use a combination of pranayama (breathwork), kriyas (dynamic actions for a specific purpose), meditation, and mantras which help direct the mind into positivity.
This workshop is a sanctuary for those who live active, demanding lives—especially athletes and others who may rarely slow down enough to truly rest. While high-performance training often emphasizes strength, endurance, and speed, true wellness also includes restoration and mindful stillness. Therapeutic yoga bridges this gap by offering a gentle yet effective practice that complements physical activity and aids in recovery.
Spend an afternoon enjoying a 75 minute Kaiut practice followed by a 45 minute savasana with optional acupuncture. This practice will incorporate both familiar and new poses. We will experiment with some longer hold times to move deeper into the nervous system.
We will have two hours during which we move at the pace of the nervous system, supporting the structural body to release excess holding in the joints and the organs.
Join Lilavati on Thanksgiving morning to support CB State of Mind and their amazing contributions to our community! We will move slowly and mindfully and give thanks to our bodies and breath as we join together in practice.

As winter settles over the valley, our bodies naturally crave warmth, grounding, and steadiness. This month’s therapeutic Kaiut session is designed to support you through the colder season with gentle joint mobility, nervous-system calming, and deep restorative stillness.
