Community Acupuncture creates a beautiful space for us to heal together. Please join us at Thrive Yoga CB for a complimentary wellness session that will calm and relax your nervous system as we all move into the holiday season. Please arrive between 7 and 8:15pm to start receiving your treatment.
We will have two hours during which we move at the pace of the nervous system, supporting the structural body to release excess holding in the joints and the organs.

Join Andrea Ouimet of Alpine Sound Therapy in an immersive experience with the powerful healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound instruments. A sound bath is a full immersion meditative experience using sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic processes to benefit your mind and body.
Join Kait Lewis of Sa Ha Ho Reiki for a 30 minute one on one Reiki session to support your well-being. This energy healing is known to reduce stress, anxiety and pain, as well as improve sleep. Space is limited to four people at thirty minute intervals. Please register online to secure your spot and Thrive Yoga will reach out to confirm your thirty minute spot.
